Prices & Payment
It is important that you know before you visit us how much you will be expected to pay, when and how, and what you will get for the fee paid.
Fees: The consultation fees your Clinician will charge are noted below.
The normal process is that once you have consulted with Dr Gupta an invoice will be issued to you and we politely request that you settle this within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The hospitals and clinics from which we operate may request to take a swipe of a card as security of payment for any additional services such as diagnostics, blood tests, medication and procedures which may be required. You will be told in advance by the staff how much these tests will cost so you have the opportunity to choose if you wish to go ahead.
Cancellations: Please note that we will charge a fee of £100 for cancellation without prior notice. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of your wish to cancel or postpone your appointment for consultation or services for which you have been given an appointment.
Medical Insurance: We are recognised by Private Medical Insurance Companies. If you have medical insurance, we strongly recommend that you contact your Insurer prior to your appointment to confirm any limit on your cover, excess payable by you and to obtain a pre-authorisation code. We will need details of your Insurer, your membership number and this code prior to your appointment. Without this information, we will ask you to settle your account at the time of your appointment. Please note that some Insurers require that you pay us at the time of your visit and claim back from the Insurer.
Initial Consultation: £170
Follow up Consultation: £120
Please note that a schedule of fees for treatments at our various practice locations will be made available at your consultation as they vary from site to site and the range of procedures offered by Dr Gupta is extensive. Rest assured you will be given accurate costs prior to undertaking any additional treatments after your consultation.
